Return Policy

At Interglobal we work assiduously to ensure that customer satisfaction becomes our number priority. We are aware that products or services rendered can result in our clients requesting refunds, therefore, we’ll take it back and process a refund based on the following terms and conditions stated below. 
  • Items that are unused and unopened are returnable within 7 days of leaving our store without attracting return Charge 
  • Items that are opened or used will be assessed and a restocking fee of 25% of the amount paid will be deducted. 
  • Services rendered are non-refundable. We, therefore, urge our clients to ensure that they are 100percent comfortable with all our proposals before commencement.
