We are aware that products or services rendered can result in our clients requesting refunds, therefore, we’ll take it back and process a refund based on the following terms and conditions stated below.
- Items that are unused and unopened are returnable within 7 days of leaving our store without attracting return Charge
- Items that are opened or used will be assessed and a restocking fee of 25% of the amount paid will be deducted.
- Services rendered are non-refundable. We, therefore, urge our clients to ensure that they are 100percent comfortable with all our proposals before commencement.
